CHANGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING · THE FIRST STEP

Change Management Training for Leaders

Most change management training teaches the process: stakeholder maps, communication plans, adoption curves. BTFA starts one step earlier, with the beliefs and reactions that decide whether people take the change on at all.

WHAT YOU GET

What changes for you

  1. 01

    Why change stalls

See what people's brains are protecting when they push back, so resistance stops looking like a character flaw.

  2. 02

    Calm under pressure

Notice your own reactions in the moments that decide whether people raise problems or hide them.

  3. 03

    A shared language for change

Believe, Think, Feel, Act gives leaders one way to plan for the people side of every change.

  4. 04

    A path to certification

BTFA Master Coach certifies internal coaches, so the change keeps going after the programme ends.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps

STEP 01

Start with leaders

The 5-week BTFA Experience, usually as a pilot for up to 10 leaders.

STEP 02

Apply it to live change

Weekly live sessions work on the change you are leading now, not a case study.

STEP 03

Embed and scale

Certify internal Master Coaches, then roll BTFA Lite out to wider teams.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

How is this different from other change management courses?

Most change management courses teach a method. BTFA trains the leaders who run that method to understand how beliefs, interpretation and emotional state drive people's response to change. It works alongside the approach you already use, whether that is Prosci, Kotter or your own playbook.

Is there a change management certification?

Everyone who completes the BTFA Experience receives a BTFA Certificate. For internal coaches, BTFA Master Coach is a 3-month certification that builds the capability to support leaders through change for the long term.

Who should attend?

Leaders who have to make change happen: site and operations leaders, OpEx and continuous improvement leads, HR and transformation teams. Most organisations start with a pilot group of up to 10.

How much does it cost?

The BTFA Experience is £2,400 per person. Master Coach certification and consultancy support are priced on request.
