Frequently asked
How is this different from other change management courses?
Most change management courses teach a method. BTFA trains the leaders who run that method to understand how beliefs, interpretation and emotional state drive people's response to change. It works alongside the approach you already use, whether that is Prosci, Kotter or your own playbook.
Is there a change management certification?
Everyone who completes the BTFA Experience receives a BTFA Certificate. For internal coaches, BTFA Master Coach is a 3-month certification that builds the capability to support leaders through change for the long term.
Who should attend?
Leaders who have to make change happen: site and operations leaders, OpEx and continuous improvement leads, HR and transformation teams. Most organisations start with a pilot group of up to 10.
How much does it cost?
The BTFA Experience is £2,400 per person. Master Coach certification and consultancy support are priced on request.
